Stampscapes Mini-treat
at Peddlers Den, 115 W Market St, Somonauk, IL
Friday, February 17th, 9:00-4:00
Saturday, February 18th, 8:30-3:30
$25 for one day or $40 for both, includes optional beginner instructions**

Attendees will use our Stampscapes images, as well as images from other companies
(Art Impressions, Sutter, Coronado Island, Viva Las Vegas and more)
commonly used in scene building to work independently to make their own scenes.
We will provide an air brush station for anyone to use with their own Copic markers, Cuttle Bug and a paper cutter.
Attendees will have 2'x4' of personal space.
All items will have to be kept out of the aisles as the store will be open and customers may be shopping.
We will allow everyone to make their own lunch arrangements.
We have several choices of eat-in or carry-out here in Somonauk.

Attendees should either bring or plan to purchase:
acrylic blocks, paper, inks, eclipse tape or post-it notes, blending tips, scissors, stamp positioner,
Copic markers, Multiliners or anything else they need to work on their own scenes.
Attendees will be asked to be sure they clean all stamps when they finish using them.
Stamp cleaner, scrubby pads and old rags will be provided for this purpose.

**While there will not be a formal class where you actually make cards,
we will offer an optional instructional session which will include the following beginning at 9:00am each day.

Authentique Contest!!

To participate, purchase your products from Peddlers Den. Then prepare a two page spread or a set of 3 greeting cards using any of the Authentique collections. Use of solid color papers and embellishments (i.e. brads, buttons, ribbons, etc.) and rubber stamps from companies carried by Peddlers Den are permitted. Deliver them to Peddlers Den in either page protectors or self-sealing/zip lock plastic bags.

There are two deadlines.
Entries using the Journey and Uncommon collections are due by February 11th.
Entries using all other collections are due by February 25th.

Entries must have the designers' name, address, email and phone number attached using our form. We reserve the right to keep all entries for 30 days following the contest deadlines, to scan/photograph all entries for use on our website, eblasts, publicity and/or classes. The original can be picked up after the 30 day period.

 

The first place winner using either the Journey or Uncommon collections will be given a $20 store voucher, and the first place winner using any of the other collections will also be given a $20 store voucher. We reserve the right to award additional vouchers or free classes to as many people as we desire. This will be based on the quantity and quality of the entries. The greater the participation, the more we will give away!

 SCRAP-A-THON

Leave overnight.
Peddlers Den will provide a Cuttle Bug, Wizard, ScorIt Boards, Paper Cutter,
some dies, embossing folders and punches for everyone to use.

Attendees will be able to spend time with our staff working on the kits if they feel they need help,
